immisions ..

   got my mot soon and i havent declared the engine conversion as i plan to sell the car and its more hassle than i need for a car il be driving for a week or 2
   
   i have a vts motor with 60k on the clock in my 1.4 furio .. what are the chances of it passing?

   Have never heard whether they do or dont usually but i would guess that it wouldnt

   ^^^fail i meant would, the immisions would still pass, but would they ask about the engine conversion???

   Well my mate owns the garage and said he will egnore the engine change but it has to pass the immitions

    well then you obviously have a problem which stops you from using the word please.
    
    and i used the search button and got 100s of pages on diffrent threads and i couldnt obviously spot any that related to my question so i made a thread.

    as long as the emissions are ok on your 1.6 engine, there shouldn't be to much of a problem, it'll have higher co2 etc than the 1.4 but as long as it runs fine you should be ok
