Important! : Help Needed!

Ok well first of hello guys, just bought my first EVER saxo, its a R reg, it has kent cams in and idles very lumpy? Would this need a remap or?

Also when im driving and go to put foot down bit harder, the revs sometimes hold back, then go again when I tap the accelerator.. it feels like its holding power back? can anyone help me out here.. I was thinking to change the plugs, leads, coilpack and clean the ICV out?

Its a 1.6 VTR.
Kent Cams (Not sure which ones, guess having cams fitted are all the same?)
Not sure when it was last serviced, not much history with car..

Anything else?
