wiper problem

   im haveing a problem with my wipers if i switch it to the first click on the stalk it does not work but every thing else does could any one help thanks

   where could i find that cos i pulled every relay out and the wipers still worked other than the first click

   Its the blue one in the passenger footwell

   ok thanks Tom_Crx just tryed my girl friends relay in my car and it work
