front grill mk2

hi, want to mesh my mk2 grill. posted about this b4, but i really need to kno how to do it. seen a few around i really think it looks smart, please help

you need
haynes maxpower manual
summat hot like a soldering iron or glue
mesh
i used silicone too
cutters
a hacksaw blade to cut the old grill out and leave the frame,

its quite a long process but the results pretty good when your done, just take ya time and dont pull the mesh to tight when you glue it else it wont fit snug, the guide is pretty useful though

How did you do the right hand side with the bonnet opening thingy? and what did you use to cover the edge of the grille there?
