When i first bought the car the guy who i bought it off said it wouldn't idle and to fix the problem he replaced the throttle body (had a different ICV in the throttle body).
Anyway, idled fine.
However i've started noticing that in the morning it won't idle. The last few days it's being alright, it's started fine and just about stayed alive, idling at 500rpm. But on colder mornings it's refused to idle at all and won't start unless it give it a little throttle.
Hold the throttle to 1,5k for a bit and after it's warmed up a little it will idle better. But it's a lumpy idle, not lumpy enough to really recognise by the tacho, but more the engine noise and it idles at 1,200rpm, thought it was meant to idle at about a grand?
So all this leads me to think its the coolant temp sensor, just wanted to chek with you guys, incase you think it might be something else.....?
