Important! : VTR: Knocking noise coming from engine (top end)

   My vtr has recently developed a knocking noise from the top end of the engine, it almost sounds like its coming from around the inlet.. possibly coil pack, plugs etc. It is more of a knock than a tap but not overly loud so im wondering if it may be rod bearings?? I've no idea and would appreciate help.

   Its hard to diagnoise with just a description

   funnily enough just uploaded the vid and found another vid with the exact same sound saying an engine mount bolt had come loose, will go and check this now.

   sounds more like a blow. Like its coming from the mani maybe

   the manifold is blowing but the knocking sound also

    Just a guess, found a cheap rebuilt head so went for it. If i see any signs of wear in the old head il know otherwise just grabbed a potentially problem solving bargain!
