Larger tyres

    I'm looking at putting 195/45/14 tyres on my 106 rallye wheels. They are 6 j's, will that size be suitable or isnt it worth it and just stick with 185/55/14?
    Any help would be brilliant as im purchasing 4 new tyres next week.

    It would depend on the actual tyre in question but yes will most likely get ones to fit. Every tyre has a specific requirement that you can get from the manufacture. Thes ize your looking at has a smaller diameter. That can be a good thing but if your after similar diameter 195/50/14 would be closer to the standard.

    Different overall wheel diameters will also effect the accuracy of the speedo also. Bear it in mind. Smaller is better as you will be going slower then the speedo says. People do it all the time, getting bigger wheels and then going through speed cameras doing like 34 not 30
