vts mods

   can any one help i wan to no the power gain and speed gain to these mods.
   
   sportex 4 branch manifold
   pipercross viper induction
   kam racing/supersprint cat bk race exhausr 2"
   ngk iridium spark plugs
   splitfire twincore ignition ht leads
   newmans ph3 cams
   complete silicone hose kit
   some sort of super chip can any one help with that
   and a
   re-map any one recomend 1?

   dont want a excact amount but a gd rough please
   it will all be fitted to a saxo vts

   4-2-1, exhaust system, cams, ecu re-map (by chipwizards)
   Your looking at 140-150 bhp
