Need help removing the rear stub from the axle this bearing the bit the rear wheel bearing slides over?? has the allen key dirrectly on the back of it got anything to do with it??

You mean the rear stub pin? You will need to buy a new one, take the trailing arm off being careful not to disturb the bearings. Then you can either press it out using a hydraulic press of hammer the shit out of it (it will come out the way were the allen key bit is). Pretty easy to do if you know what your doing.

Hit the end that doesnt have the allen key hole in it.

no havent got a new one yet wanted to remove it before brought a new one
