Light Inserts

    I got given a pair of LED lights of my m8 who wrote off his saxo and the lights are chrome but I was wondering how I would come about spraying the inserts black to match my car. I know I would have to tape up each LED and electrical component on show so they don't get sprayed and that and i would have to remove the glass/plastic lense, whatever its made off so i can acctualy get to the inserts but the question is how would I re attach the lense to the light cluster once ive finished spraying the inserts?

    Would I use silicone??? or if anybody else has done this before what have you used?
