Loose clutch release bearing.. Mot failure?!

   Just wondering iv got my not Friday and my clutch whines like a $2 whore becoz the release bearing is knackard..
   
   Any ideas if this Is a possible mot failure?!

   Good good.. Iv got the fast road clutch and flywheel ready to be fitted but again.. It's small moneyy!
