get either gaz or h&r
these will either be nice and furm for track or more im assuming you want to go low they both do that quite well

Buy the best ones you can mate, all of them are pretty much the same at the high end prices.

Get hold of a set of Bilstein Cup Car gravel inserts if you can to convert your front shocks into coilovers - these were and still are used to good effect in rallying.

wouldnt even bother with coil overs there worth it if all your car is on springs but with torsion bars involved ide say its a waste of money stick to springs

Because 80% of people do not change their ride height or use springs hard enough to require them. Most of the time you are best buying the same price normal suspension kit.

Yeh I get that. But isnt the post i quoted saying he wouldnt use coilovers because the car has torsion bar rear rather than springs? Or have i got the wrong end of the stick...again. lol

Its a right mess on having to adjust the torsion bar whenever you go on track which is unpractical so as above on a saxo a decent suspension kit would be better. Even on my civic with fully adjustable all round coilovers i havnt once touched them
