imobiliser help!!

   i have a 97 saxo vtr the other day my dad went out into my car and he forgot my code and instead of fonein to get he he tryed different ones now when i go to start it the green light comes on but the red stays on it trys to turnover but wont will removing the immobiliser bypass this?

   try disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours then try again

   tryed this still nothing both lights still come on
