Loud Ting Noise

   Ok so this is really starting to play on my tits !!
   
   Everytime i change gear or leave off the accelerator theres a loud TING noise from underneath the car almost as if something is smacking the exhaust pipe
   
   Does anyone know what this could be ? Any help is appreciated

   Maybe heat shield?

   had this problem
   looked every where all over saxperience for some sort of answer
   couldnt find nothing
   got my mate to have a looked
   tightend up all bolts underneath car along manifold/silencer ect...
   no more problem

   give the exhaust a good rattle, front to back as well as side to side and take a look at anything it knocks on.
   
   I found that the arms on my new backbox were very close to the rear hub assembly and i can imagine them dinging if i hadnt cut them short.
   
   Failing that, make sure nobody has hidden a cow-bell in your car
