16v conversion and cams & Predator ECU & Wideband & Over fueling

    I recently converted my VTR to a VTS. I also put Catcams 708 in the engine.
    Now the car runs fine, the idle isn't that bad either. But I do have a couple issues though. My mpg has dropped quite a fair bit. I would expect for it to drop as i've gone from 8v to 16v and the engine is cammed. Also the engine is louder also.

    Now I do have a Predator ECU, that's not mapped up yet or anything, once the ECU is mapped and plugged into my car, would that sort the issues out?

    When I brought the Predator ECU I was emailed a map for it that suited my mods. I tried to upload the map myself but when I plugged the Predator in to my Saxo it sounded like it wanted to start but couldn't. I'm guessing its due to it needs to be setup 1st.

    Anyone know how to upload a map onto a Predator?
    Also what does a Wideband do to compliment the Predator? (I Really dont know)

    My engine spec is as follows

    Catcams 708
    Protech 4-2-1 Manifold
    Decat
    Magnex Full System
    Raceland Induction kit

    and the map I was emailed was for
    catcam 708s
    4-2-1 exhaust manifold (miltek iirc)
    ecosse induction kit (basically raceland)
    and a supersprint exhaust system

    So not exactly the same but close enough.

    Also whats a Sideband?

    think he meant wideband, a correct map will help, no two maps will be the same!!
