Important! : ***Car wont start Urgent***

   Started my car up this morning everything fine, went into town and got a drink and something to eat. Came back to my car about 5 mins later, it started up, but the revs were acting very unusual, only way i can describe it, is if they were on going a mad fit, they were going up and down frantically, car vibrating like mad, and the engine cut out.
   
   Started it up again and it wouldnt start. It turnovers fine but wont connect. Ive tried bump starts, loads of a normal ignition starts but it just wont start. Can smell fuel so dont think its fuel problems. Checked the oil, coolant level etc. I know its not spark problems as thats fine aswell.
   Any suggestions?

   Idle control valve mate its a common problem on saxo`s have a search theres lots of info on it & a cleaning guide.
