Identify these Peugeot wheels?

    Hey guys,

Was at trax today browsing alloys and seeing which I liked the most. I saw some of these on the 106 stand and really liked them, especially painted white.

Can anyone identify what model these come from??

    Cheers

they are nimrods, you can get them in 16" and 14" off various 206's (they deffo come on the 206 cc and may come on the gti) and i think you can get them in a 15" off the 406 and i saw your car today lol

I've just been having a look around on ebay and have found a set of 15" ones for what seems like a reasonable price.

Do you guys think that 15's will look ok or would 16's look better? Can low profile tyres be used on 15's?

ive just seen them id double check that they are 15", the 15" ones are pretty rare iirc and i dont think any 206 came with them in 15" and he states they are off a 206, if you look at all the other ads they are all for 14" and 16" alloys so just double check mate

Ok, will send him a quick message to check.

In your opinion, which do you think would look better, if i had the option - those in 15" or 16"? Will the 15's look a bit small? I really want to try and use some lower profile tyres to give the car a bit of a face lift lol

also iirc you need to buy different tires for nimrods as 206's use the wrong tires for saxos i think ive heard before, ive jsut bought a set of siroccos off a 206 and the tire size is differnt to my vts wheels even though they are both 15" (the vts wheels have a profile of 45 and the sirocco's have a profile of 50) and i need to use spacers and longer bolts as the offset is wrong

so the very least you'll need is a set of spacers and longer bolts and you may need new tires but like i said ive fitted the siroccos to my saxo and they seam fine with a profile of 50

i quite like 16" alloys for looks

EDIT: ive just looked and he says the tire size is 205/50, i think you'd need 195/45 or 195/50 to fit them to the saxo i think the tires will be too wide

I had better spend a bit of time checking the sizes then :O

The reason I'm tempted towards those 15's is because they seem like a very good deal compared to the larger 16's. Funds are a bit limited tbh lol I would prefer the 16's though, if only I had more money.....

I know 106's and saxos are pretty much the same, but mine is a 106 so does this help at all with the sizes??

The 15 inch ones are from a 406 yes, there called orguans or something rather than nimrods though.
Iirc the ones from a 406 dont require spacers, dont quote me on that though.

basically you need to find out the offset of the wheels (by emailing him) and also find out if 205 wide tires are too big for your 106 which i will say they probably will be

    Get the 406 ones

They bolt straight on and are 15's

You need 195/45/15 tyres or you'll scrub like a biatch
