Just noticed this on e-bay and wondered if any one had seen them before or has one, how accurate do you think this would be and is it really worth it? Cheers

there pertty shite mate we had a car in work a while ago with the exact same one in and the delay on it was crap you revved the car up and the rev counter was still climbing as the revs were droping off. my mate has something far better that runs through his ecu on his garmin sat nav it just plugs inot the odb port and displays everything from intake temps to exhaust temps to rev counter inlet vaccum and everything u can use it as a diagnostics too works good just isnt very good as a fuel saving device lol.

u do need a compatible sat nav too tho the only downer but loads better quality.

    I've looked into this before.
You can get bluetooth adaptors that plug into the OBD port in your fuse box and you can then sync this with an app on your iPhone to get readings/faultcodes etc. Never tried it in the end.

    iPhone app

If that works on a saxo OBD then i'm very very interested.

Well they say the bluetooth adaptor will fit, but im not sure if the iPhone app will connect. you can get a obd to usb cable, but it's £100.

I'm sure though with the blank obd connector shells you can buy, some electrical wizard could make one up?

the i phone app is crap and too small to read whilst driving and also its got a delay too and it wont work with the saxo odb port i just tried my mates in mine this morning and everything works apart from the o2 sensor reading is way out but still great for the diagnostics and other readings.

Its good that you can use it for diagnostics, but a shame you can't use a obd-BT dongle as they are only £30 for one. Where as the cable/WiFi adaptors are 100 sheets at least!

Might get a BT one to use with the laptop though!
