    I'm changing this in the morning beause its split how hard is this gonna be without a press because the must be un there real good

    You'll need a press

    Get the wishbone off and get someone to drive you to a local garage. Shouldnt take more than 5 mins to press old one out and press new one in, wouldnt have though they'd want any more than £5 to do it.

    Rite what pressure do they press in with because may be able to get hold of a 2 tonne press
