   Im lookin 2 invest in a new manifold for my mk2 vtr. Ive got the supersprint exhaust system and was just wondering if any1 had any advice/experience on wot 1 i should get 2 get the best results.. Cheers

   i got supersprint centre and just got a janspeed 4-2-1 mani with sprts cat. sounds beasty and no issues mot time cause its still cat'ed up but still gives gains

   i've just bought and fitted a GMC/Piper manifold to my mk2 vtr,it fitted stright on with no issues and every nut and bolt lined up perfectly,sounds beasty aswell and pulls alot better through all the gears.

   Where did u get them from. I was lookin at kam racing but i was wonering if there was any other good websites and also how much was tha gmc/piper.

   i got a piper mani very happy with it .... dnt have to relocate oil filter either which is a bonus .... want a susperint or kam racing back box now

    Its either gunna b the supersprint or the janspeed with the sports cat as i have the mot in 2 months so dont really want the hassle of swooping them ova twice. and i dont want 2 wait 2 months i want it asap.
