cd player code??

   Hey new to this but thought i'd give it a go!
   Got a saxo recently with the original cd player still in it and there wasn't a code on it, but since the fuse got taken out my cd player wont work and just says 'code' whenever i try to turn it on. I bought my car from a dealer so he wouldn't know the previous code. The book isn't much help either! Is there a code I can put in to reset it? I've tried the obvious like 1234 and 0000 but it doen't work still! Just wondering if anyone could help! Thanks

   has it got the original book that comes with the car, mine had a card in the book with the radio code on. like an official saxo card.

   Yeah got the original book but there's nothing in it like that :s I've checked throught everything because usually people write the code down in the book but can't find anything!

   call citroen, you will need your chassis number.
