#3Dont get a second hand beam. You could have one and get it fitted to find it fucked. Or fit a second hand one then a week later its gone the same way. Its false economics to buy a second hand beam so get a reconditioned beam.
Think it was Yorkie who fitted 6 second hand beams and they were all fucked so ended up getting a refurbed one. -
#4Thanks, But if its gunna cast me £315 forget it, id rather buy a new car tbh. lolQuote:

#5tbh you would expect around £150 for a decent S/h beam and then fitting it assume your fitting it yourself?
-
#6considering yours is a 1.1 and £315 spent is never worth it on a car like yours and second hand axles will definately go bust within a few days then i would sell up and get another car. At least this time you wont make the same mistake.

#7But he could get another car, which is effectivley the same as getting a second hand axle and th beam goes on that one too?

#8Personally I would pay for a new beam, at least then you have a good beam that will last a while. The rear beam is a VERY common problem on 106s/saxos. Even my rear wheels have camber on them, and the cars only done 33k.

#10IM axles get a refurbished beam
better than a second hand one, and quick delivery
