#2can measure it for you on a spare matrix i've got if you want?

#3that would be spot on mate. Ive just spoke to spoox and they said it can be bunged as the engine circulates threw the engine so wont cause a problem but i would still prefer to join them.

Somin like that really with two jubillee clips. obiously with the right diameter but 19mm sounds about right tbh. -
#5nice one. I think what im going to do today is bolt it with jubilees and if i notice it leaking or if the temps go up then ill join them. Thanks for the help mate.

#8done it!

i used a 15mm metal pipe and 2 x 25mm jubilee clips.
Heres some pics aswell if anyone else needs to do it....
What i started with, just the heater box/matrix..

Then pulled the box off from the pipes and were left with the pipes showing..

I smoothed off the edges on the pipe as it was sharp..

Then got both of the hoses and cut them so they could be joined straight..

Then inserted the metal pipe into the hose and jubilee cliped it in place..

Then joined the other hose onto the pipe and all finished
..

More weight removed
