Doesnt rev up and no power ..

    Hi everyone ive got a problem, i was driving my car and then suddenly it sounded like my cars exhaust had fallen of and then i had no power( my exhaust isnt off and im not loosing back pressure i can hardly move!) . It doesnt want to rev up and almost sounds like a tractor anyone know whats up ..?

    Sounds like the coilpack/spark plugs to me mate.. Had this happen to me once before sounded like a tractor and had very little power. Is the engine management light not flickering ?

    The coilpack won't show an engine light iirc. Mine didn't anyway, the coilpack went and it was probably the worst noise a car could make and hardly wanted to move and was backfiring alot. But yes I believe this problem to be a coilpack, easy fix

    I the coilpack wont show an engine light but misfiring will.. My car showed the codes 0300 0301 0303 which is random misfires on cylinder 1 and 3 and the symptoms sound exactly what i had Worth a try anyway bud Could be something else thats causing it but its a good place to start

    Possibly the fuel pump?

    sounds 99% like a coil pack. Or your cats falling out. My old vtr bogged down loads when the cat blew down the pipe

    Its ok now i borrowed a coil pack of my mate and it works thanks for your help everyone
