uknown engine part, please HELP

   I recently bought a 1997 saxo 1.1 , i know nothing about cars execpt how to drive them lol, i need a hose for my engine, i believe its a cooling hose but am not to sure,
   
   can any 1 help me out with this as i really dont have a clue, the hose runs from about the front centre towards the passengers side,
   
   any help would be much appreciated , THANK YOU

   yeah i know m8 but i dnt have 1, there is a picture of it on this site somewhere, i will try adding it to the thread, sorry bout this , as i said i know nothing about cars or i wouldnt be askin for help

   cant be top rad hose as that carry water not air ....cold air intake pipe??

   the link above m8 is a photo of it, its the main thick hose u can see in the middle heading towards the passngers side, hope this helps and thanks for the help

   cold air intake pipe work its goes to your air filter box dont bother gettin one just put a induction kit

   thanks a lot m8, are they easy to get a hold of and fit myself or would i have to get a mechanic to do it??

    easy to fit youself just few jubile clips and you can find them at you local scrapys for few £££ not that expensive where about are you

    im from bellshill m8, 8 miles from glasgow, my neighbours a mechanic so anythin that needs fitted he can do, its just getin him sober thats the problem haha
