   as long as theres a cold air feed pipe going to it from the front bumper it should give it a nice exhaust note

   cold air feeds not gonna affect its sound, but it should sound pretty good when you give it some. on idle and crusing it wont wont make much difference

   As said just make sure you get a decent cold air feed setup for it otherwise at low speeds/crusing it will be sucking up hot air.
