Roof materials and changing?

Just wanting to know how to change the material on your roof i want to make it black i cant seem to find a guide on here that shows you how to do it? Also any good places that i can get the material from? Cheers!

Are you talking about the roof interior lining? If so I have only done the AX and 205 before but there a bit of a pain. The Saxo will be very similar I guess. All I did was just work your way round from the edges. I don't know of any place that sells replacements. If they ever did it in black you could always grab it out of a crashed car in the scrap yard.

I think i will be keeping an eye on this thread, i know its been spoke of before, but i am lazy and can't be bothered to use the search button

i would imagin removing the old lining, new material, stick and cut to suit?

Apparently it's easier to just stick the new material on top of the old. Cos if you try nd take the old stuff off it'll weaken the roof lining.

ebay for fabric, all i did was
    removing headling and sunroof slider,
place fabric on top, then glue down, starting from the middle and working my way out leaving no creases and get into all the little bits, but remember to leave some over hang
