   ap racing 4 padal sprung clutch and pressure plate
   
   would this be a good spec clutch for around 250bhp supercharged.
   read the specs just wanna hear from u guys or if anyone knows much about them????????????

   What one are you looking at as there are several available. You may get a twin plat lug drive in there with sprung plates on. Give GMC a call I got my last one from there so they should be able to tell you more.

   If its an alloy cover --maybe will depend on spring pressure in cover .

   i have the ap racing twin plate clutch, its a bit of a nightmare using it on a everyday run about town etc, takes alot to get used to.
   
   the helix clutches have been rated by a few peeps that i have spoke too running TU boosted cars.
   
   the ap racing clutch i have handles everything that is thrown at it, im using it in my build 2nd time round ;D

   the only diff between ap+ helix is the price ,you could also add a couple of american makes to the list .
