lose of power vtr

   my care was loseing alot of power it wasent pulling like it should
   so i tuck it to a garage and thay said headgasket so ive had it
   done and its still the same its not really gained any power can
   any 1 help me out any ideas what i could be also my exhaust is blowing
   abit aswell any ideas.. thanks

   service it oil/filter /air filter etc buy new exhaust or just patch it untill you find out the problem when did you change lambda

   the car has done 50k miles and ive only had it a month it started over heating and loseing power the vtr dident pull away like it did. so i tuck it to the garage and he said it wasent overheating really it was the thermostat so thats been sorted and he said also my headgasket is goin he said it was blowing abit when he put it on the machine so ive sorted these problems out and the car still isent pulling aswell as it did and the guy said the fule regulator on my car witch must of been put on by the owner befor me isent the standard 1 for the car he said thay must of put it on to make it abit faster as any 1 got any ideas what the problem could be were im loseing the power my exhaust it blowing aswell help please

   think everythin just needs a good sorting out like new sparkplugs oil filter airfilter. and the injecters cleaning.. i dont no anythin about the car befor i got it no history so i dont no the last time any of that was done.
