Important! : water temp STILL not working :S

   i had a problem with the water temp. got told to change the plug for the water temp but still no joy. any onw have any solutions. dont know the clocks been changed or not bug could plug fallen out of back of there?

   fuse ?? cant see plug falling out unless it did have the clock change and they didnt fit it probably

   do u know what fuse it is. dont have the book. need to invest in a bible.

   It's either
   1 the sensor
   2 the wiring/connectors at sensor or dash end
   3 the guage
   
   Also try disconnecting battery for an hour, sometimes fixes dead gauges I have read on here.

   i have changed the sensor so i dont think it that.
   
   will disconnect battery in morning.

   its number 8, for the temp sensor. check that and make sure its a 20amp fuse

   is that the fuse box under thee dash. if it is, is it for mk1 saxo. just looked at mine it i have 17 fuses under there onthe pic there is 13?

   discconected the battery and left it for an hour. but still no joy

    yeah thats under the dash. if you get a torch on it, it does tell you below the fuse which number it is, so you can match it up with rite one.
