Hi i need to clean my alloys i just got and need advise on what can give them a proper go over. Also i noticed like small kinda cracking marks around them. Not noticable from a distance but will this be a problem or can it be sorted.

#21st get pressure washer on them. them use chemical guys to get it up, then a metal polish.
