quick help

   i had my headgasket done yesterday skimed etc for 180 do u think thay should of done the timeing and timeing belt for that coz thats were i think im loseing power on my vtr im goin to the garage in 30 mins help please

   i tuck it in because my head was goin and i was loseing power so i tuck it in to be sorted and when i got it back it was the same as when i tuck it in no diffrentim thinking the timeing is out?? any ideas people
