Are these the sort of thing im looking for. I think it says they dont fit original alloys or somethin so might be the wrong ones?

The standard wheel bolts look like these.

Notice they have a flat face as opposed to the taper on your ebay ad.

Get them from citroen, i wouldnt bother with cheap ebay bolts. Around £30-£40 for the set.

Isnt 30 40 quid rather alot to spend on bolts ?

    Cheap bolts = crappy quality

Those bolts look like somthing from a meccano set.

Skimp if you wish but id only use genuine parts to keep my wheels attached.

ha ha citroen parts = quality lol thats a epic fail.

just because they from citroen dosnt mean there any good and its only the taperd coller that holds the vtr wheels on anyways so u can eitha buy the ones from ebay for like 11 quid or pay 35.95 inc vat from citroen that are shite and rusting within 2 weeks. you decide

    lol at this post.

The tapered collar does nothing but centre the wheel relative to the bolt hole. Old style vtr/s bolts dont have this taper, just a straight bolt with a washer. They only changed the design to include the taper to comply with new EU regulations.

i th u will find if you put some sort of paint on the back of your wheel bolt washer then tighten it up i think you will find that it hardly even touches give citroen a ring and aske them and then u will see

Im a mechanic by trade pal, and ive had issues with wheel fitment in the past and have been in liasion with citroen many times about their range of bolts and the difference between them.

If vtr/s wheels were a 45 degree taper fitment they would use the same bolts as steelies.

and im also a mechanic by trade with 6 years motorsport experience but your still talking out your arse

    you make me lol

I cant be bothered to argue with you, but i know my wheels are flat seated.
