car hesitates when cold

   hi when my car is cold intil it get to normal running temperature it kinda hesitates and bogs down .... but once hot this problem goes and does not come back only when its under the normal running temp ... im maybe thinking its a map sensor .... but i could be wrong i wanna get some other opinions before i go ahead and buy one ...

   service it and dont thrash it when cold.
