nah m8 its still in their just the head is rounded off

ahh so he nut was corroded on and its snapped the top bit off, youl need to use a stud extractor to remove the remainder of the stud, failing that youl have to drill out the stud in the head and re-tap the threads (tap+die set)

sounds fun so i can get a socket or anything round the round bit and get it off ?

oh? if its just the nut that rounded you can buy a special socket that grabs the rounded nut and will still grip it enough to undo it, but if its that tight youl probably shear the stud anyways i mis-understood what you said

Smack a smaller socket on and unscrew it.. if the nut doesnt come loose then the stud will.

    or the stud will snap

If that happens (which is unlikely and worst case scenario) then he can buy a cheap stud extractor kit from halfords for few quid.

or if you have use of a welded weld a nut onto the round nut inless its a copper nut of course

nock a smaller socket on it as said thats what i had to do to mine and it worked just don't put to much presher on it

dont go smashing a smaller socket on it mate u will make it worse spray where the stud goes into the block with wd40 then heat the block with a torch or heat gun(takes agers) then get a stud extractor if you dont you have more chance of things snapping and costing big bucks. might also be worth using some copper grease on threads to stop them seizing up again helps top rounding nuts off too.
