    Don't worry pal.
What engine you got, assuming it's single plug 1.1 or 1.4 due to HT leads.

My advice is take everything out and give it all a good clean.
Injector cleaner or even brake cleaner is good stuff to use.

Take plugs out leads out give them a good clean.
    And clean the distributor coil.

If it's still running bad remove the injectors and give them a clean.

its a 97 vtr so i think its 1plug. ive noticed that when i removed the ht leads 1 by 1, the 2 that its still running on sparked from the ht lead to the top of the spark plug but the 2 its not running on didnt spark so im thinking possibly coil pack or ht leads.

i'll try an make it home and clean it all up tonight, if not i have another engine waiting to go in that ill try an swap the leads/coilpack over from

    hope it fix's it .

    cheers for your help!

Coil pack mate mate had same problem with his, changed coil pack and was fine ever since.

Didn't know the engine would run on only 2 tbh. Are you sure it's not on 3 and just has a weak spark on one of them?

its twin coil, so if 1 coil has packed in then its only sparking 2 cylinders

itll either be the coil pack mate or mine used to randomly get a engine management light and fire on 3 cylinders then if you just switch car on and off it would run fine again and this was because of a faulty injector so you could try cleaning your injectors first mate
