Straight fit. Be sure to re-route the alternator wiring so it's away from the manifold though. The gearbox bracket may or may not line up - I'm told it's usually the latter, so I chopped mine off before fitting as it's not really needed.
The second studs in from the left and right of the bottom row are a pain to tighten up. Some people shorten the studs to make it a bit easier. I didn't bother and got it fitted, but it's tedious work getting them nipped up.
