Remote Locking Query

    I've got 2 fobs for my S a battered one that works and a brand new one that doesn't how do i connect the new one to the car ?

    i think the best way would be to take the pcb battery and battery terminals out the knackered fob and put them into the good fob, pretty easy to do

    are both keys registered to the car?

    If you have just got a spare key, you will need the chip in the key setup for the car and the immobiliser.


    Or if the spare key came with the car no just something brought after, then most likely the key is dead
