lamda problem

   hi i had my eml light on and the car has been running a bit rich so had it plugged in and said it was the lamda/cat. but the car has recently had a new cat and lamda sensor the one after the cat but the one in the manifold looks like the original could this be the one causing the problem ? any help would be great thanks.

   Possibly. The pre-cat lambda controls the fuelling.
