Mk1 manifold and downpipe on mk2?

   Hi all.. Will a mk1 vtr manifold and downpipe fit onto a mk2 vtr acting as a kinda decat?! Has anyone done it?!

   As far as I know, yes, but some (if not all) will require you to move the oil filter.

   it does fit mate,
   
   however
   
   the lambda sensor is at the wrong side and the oil filter is in the way,
   i had to take out the lambda sensor, grind where it screws in flat and weld up the hole, then put the lambda sensor in the otherside of the downpipe..

   also you need to swap manifolds as the MK2 manifold is made for the cat to bolt directly to it.
