Important! : HELP!!!knocking from sus? when driving?

   vts
   
   drivers side
   
   al the time
   just a constant knock knock knock
   if i turn right it gets louder and touches body
   if i turn left it doesnt knock and drives normal.
   its like something is touching the body when driving....
   
   any ideas??

   Sounds like front arb catching the body.
   When i got my standard VTS it used to do this, don't know how :/ it fucked off once i changed the arb bushes along side drop links. It was as though the arb was not sitting centre and further to the left of the car. (mine knocked on the left when turning left on spirited drives.
