   VERY BAD knocking noise comeing from both sides of steering when slighty left and slightly right when putting throtle down when cornering and no one can work it out bin under 6 mechanics carnt crack it ?....

   my saxo came with this problem use to knock really bad when turning the wheel and accelarating it turned out to be the bottom ball joints and both drop links were also nackered i replaced them now its all good.

   CV joint, if come loose, i had this so when i turned and accelerated it knocked

   track rod ends are about 8quid each. ball joint are cheap but your need a compressor the get them fitted. not sure bout drop links
