4pots...?

   ok then going to be ordering a nice set of 4pots in next couple weeks, list been hispecs, wilwoods and brembos...
   
   thinking of going for the hispecs, not sure why though. brembos sound abit crap as they have the issuse with the noise and cant buy them new.
   
   soo wheres best places to get a set from, after the fulll kits, calipers, disks, pads, brackets, not bothered about lines as they will be sorted.?? any other genral advice would be good thanks...

   As Ryan says Hispec are worth a call and GMC used to stock them as well. What issue is that with Brembos? Never had any noise issue with them. I would guess its a brake pad or incorrect offset issue rather then a caliper issue. Last time I checked both my local Peugeot and Citroen dealers could still get me them new. Or failing that there are plenty of brembo retailers out there.

   i had wilwoods on my ek9 and it stopped like it was hitting a wall they are really really harsh and even better when there red hot i loved them and never had any trouble plus you can choose what colour from any in the world u want.

   Ok cheers lads dust realise you could buy direct from hispec, will give them a buzz later. Don't no about brembos, I just hurd you get squeeking with then? But if I can get them new may consider if there is away round the sqeeking

    Only go direct to Hi-Spec if you want to pay silly money imo. I got a mint set of 285mm Hi-Spec 4 pots including everything off of eBay for £250 so there are bargains to be had

    no mate they didnt i had some rota wheels on 17'' by 7 and they only just missed by about 3 mm was close but well worth it.

    Yeah but were hardly used, came with brand new discs and pads etc.
