Help on alloy spraying

    Ive had my saxo for bout a year now and finally got round to buying some alloys for it, Ive bought some vtr alloys and im now looking to spray them. I do a lot of spraying (on timber) at work so im goin to give it ago my self. Ive found a good how to guide on here (FurioAl) and more than happy with the end product. I was just wondering where i can get the paint for at a good price and what type i will need for the job, i know i need a primer, colour and a clear lacquer. All help much appreciated.

    for beginners i alwa reccomend standox as its really easy to spray shines like f**k and is hard wearing.

    you can get it from most paint suppliers and your talking about 75 quid for all the paint and thinners and clearcoat.
