Not starting...

   Basically got a vts engine in my furio .. Guy who done it fucked my immobiliser up so I got an unlocked ecu .. Car started fine and everything.. But he hadn't attached a return fuel line so my petrol tank drained all over the floor .. I have sorted the return .. Put 5 litres of petrol in and now 3 months later it won't start.. Any suggestions?

   Is the fuel pump kicking in for a few seconds when you turn igniton on?

   it makes the noise of the fuel pump turning on.. but dont know if it is actually pumping fuel? .. also there is a loud noise like the fuel pump coming front of the car..

   Got a look tonight .. Noise at front is my power steering pump .. No fluid in
   
   My alternator isn't connected.. Would this effect my starting?

   right so iv been at it with the multi-meter today and there no power at the fuel pump .. which tells me the immoboliser has fucked me over? .. but iv got an unlocked ecu and had it started 3 month ago but havent done anything with it since.. any chance the immoboliser could reset itself because its been stud for so long with no battrey on?
