How To Remove The Front Bumper?.

   there is a bolt on each side under the arch plus torqe screws under the bottom of the bumper

   dont forget to un attach the wheel arch lining

   Cheers lads for the help and advice, i'll give it a shot over the weekend as in all fairness the bumper needs re-aligning and my inner arch on the drivers side is driving me mad because it flaps against the tyre.
