  1. #1
Need my grill to be sprayed but am unsure of the name of the colour of my saxo will a body shop be able to get an exact match from any information on the car itself? or will they have to make a match etc?
  2. #2
body shop should be able to mix it for you
  3. #3
The paint colour should be on a label on the drivers door when you open it on the inner part iirc.

look where the hinge is for the drivers door, paint code is printed on a sticker there, along with tyre pressures

Got the paint mixed up today by a body shop and tried it myself, completely fucked it up lol!

sand it down and start again. lol ..or in your case just buy another one
  12. #12
sanded it back down and started again, looks pretty good now iv got it all laquered up, bit streaky but looks alright for my second try! might sand down and try again though, practice makes perfect

be patient. don't put it on too heavy just aim for even coats - if it dosnt look right dont waste your time and materials putting lacquer on it..

when sprayin from a can, do it in a warm place. And put your can in warm water for 3min before sprayin. You'll notice how much easier and smoother it sprays.
