Spraying badges

   hey every 1 i just got a saxo vtr and wna add little personal touch to it so far iv sticker bombed my rear view mirror and my stereo surouding plastic now i want to spray the badges bright green or some bright color as the car is black
   
   any one done it and got a little how to eg: what paint like normal gray primer or plastic primer how to pop the badges off etc
