Induction kit help

ive done a search and not really getting anywhere, im getting a VTR the first mod is gonna be an induction kit, but i cant get my head round the diff types i know im being thick but theres cone, enclosed, forced air etc can someone explain what is best and good makes, im guessing forced air would be best because that forces cold air in rather than the hot am i right? also what prices am i looking at? thanks for your help guys

theres no such thing as forced air induction kits
forced air is supercharger or turbos

for performance you really want an enclosed induction kit

ie BMC, green enclosed

Yeah the main ones people go for are Bmc, green enclosed or piperx viper.

enclosed give power and open give little power and lots of noise. it all depends on money mate, enclosed are 100-200ish and open are 50-100ish. your call.

i had an open k+n for bout 1 and half years as liked it then i got the green enclosed and i can say ill never buy an poen kit again coz the enclosed are defo beter,especially if your after performance.
they say if you want noise then get an open kit but i found my green encloed is louder than my open k+n.

how much the bmc's set you back? and they give out a nice noise aswell as power?
iv only got a 1.4 furio, so would it still be worthwhile getting a bmc?

nope lol, get a k&n and make it sound sweet as buying an expensive induction kit aint worth it on a furio..

My mate has got a k&N on his he does have a vtr tho but you can hear him coming a mile off and thats his only mod no exaust or anything
