whirring sound

   Hi all, whenever I change gear say from 3rd to 4th. I get a sound like as if a piece of furniture being dragged over a hard floor. I can feel the vibration through the acc pedal. Anyone know? Thank you

   easy to do yourself or half hour to hour garage time

   Simple. Drain gearbox oil, release strut from wishbone, remove driveshaft from both ends. Replace, reverse. Done

   I know enough about cars but dont have the proper place to do this kind of work. Does anyone local to me want to earn cash and do this for us if I get the parts? Thanks again
